Nothing is more fun than a well planned family friendly holiday party. I remember company holiday parties from my grandmother’s job. It was a great company that really took care of their employees. Employees enjoy working for a company that takes care of them. Use a holiday party to bring employee loyalty back into your company.
This holiday marketing tip may not include the customer but it will effect your customer. I say this because the employee is the main contact with customers and if you don’t have loyal, happy employees your customer service may lack. With happy employees that value the company they work for, you will have not only excellent customer service but also employees that will voluntarily market your company through word of mouth.
Happy employees = happy customers. Remember that and treat your employees well.
